2. Nature of Platform & Coordination Role

CataractClinics is a healthcare coordination platform based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We streamline patient access to cataract evaluations, home vision screenings, and single-visit surgical care.

All clinical evaluations, refractive assessments, medical prescriptions, and surgical procedures (including phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation) are delivered exclusively by independent, licensed ophthalmologists and accredited eye hospitals (such as Refracto Eye Hospital). CataractClinics does not directly practice medicine or establish a doctor-patient relationship through this website.

3. User Representations & Bookings

By scheduling an appointment on our Site, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or possess the legal authority to coordinate care on behalf of a family member.
• All personal details submitted (name, phone number, address) are truthful, accurate, and complete.

4. Appointments, Screening & Cancellations

Home Screening: Home screening is a preliminary screening evaluation provided at designated residential locations in Hyderabad. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked home screening visit, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' advance notice by phone or WhatsApp.

Hospital Consultations & Surgery: Hospital diagnostic visits and surgeries are hosted at partner clinical facilities. Rescheduling and hospital admission protocols follow standard clinical partner policies.

All text, branding, logos, graphics, icons, visual assets, and software scripts on https://cataractclinics.in are the proprietary property of CataractClinics or its content licensors. You may not copy, scrape, modify, or repurpose any site material without our prior written consent.

The Site and coordination services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, CataractClinics, its coordinators, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or services provided by partner hospitals. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed ₹1,000 INR.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
